Introduction 
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions made on our website, including the 
purchase of eBooks and participation in associated sweepstakes. By making a purchase, you 
agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. 
Definition of “Sweepstake” 
A sweepstake is a contest in which participants have the chance to win a prize. The winner is 
selected randomly from all eligible participants. Important: Purchasing an eBook on our site 
does not guarantee that you will win the prize displayed. The purchase is solely for the eBook, 
and participation in the sweepstake is an additional opportunity with no purchase necessary to 
enter. 
Purchase of eBooks 
When you purchase an eBook on our site, you are exclusively buying a digital product (the 
eBook). It is crucial to understand that you are not purchasing the physical product displayed on 
the site. This physical product is presented as a potential prize that you may win by participating 
in our sweepstake, but it is not part of your eBook purchase. No refunds will be provided for 
eBook purchases, except in cases of transaction errors such as duplicate purchases. 
Sweepstake Participation 
In addition to receiving the eBook you purchased, you have the opportunity to participate in a 
sweepstake to potentially win the physical product displayed on the site. Once again, the 
displayed product is not what you are buying. It is a potential prize, and your participation in the 
sweepstake is an additional opportunity, with no guarantee of winning the product. 
No Purchase Necessary Participation 
In compliance with applicable regulations, you can participate in our sweepstakes without 
purchasing an eBook by sending an email to NPN@thesupport.care with the website name 
where the product is listed, your name, address, phone number, email address, and age. This 
alternative method of participation is free and offers the same chances of winning as other 
participants. 
Eligibility 
The sweepstakes are open only to residents of New Mexico, USA, who are 18 years of age or 
older. To be eligible, you must provide a valid mailing address located in New Mexico. Any 
participation that does not meet these criteria will be disqualified. 
Monthly Subscription 
By purchasing an eBook, you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription for $29.99, 
which provides access to a selection of free eBooks each month. This subscription can be 
canceled at any time, but early termination fees of $300 may apply. 
Prize Delivery Conditions 
Sweepstake winners will be contacted by email approximately one month after the drawing, 
which takes place every December 31st. Winners must respond to this email to claim their prize. 
If there is no response, the prize will be suspended, and another winner may be selected. 
Refund Policy 
No refunds will be provided for eBook purchases. In the case where an ineligible participant 
requests a refund, no refund will be granted as the eBook purchase remains valid. Only 
transaction errors, such as duplicate purchases, will be considered for a refund. 
Data Protection 
All personal information collected is securely stored in our customer relationship management 
(CRM) system and is used exclusively for transactions, subscription management, and 
sweepstakes. Your information will only be shared with partners necessary for the provision of 
these services. 
Changes to the Terms 
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting
