This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for purchases

No Refunds for eBooks 
No refunds will be provided for eBooks purchased on our site. As a digital product, once the 
eBook has been delivered, it cannot be returned or canceled. It is important to understand that 
your purchase is solely for the eBook and not for the physical product displayed on the site. The 
displayed product is a potential prize that you may win by participating in our sweepstake, but it 
is not part of your eBook purchase. 
Transaction Errors 
In the event that a transaction error occurs, such as a duplicate purchase, you may request a 
refund. Please contact us immediately with the details of the transaction. Refund requests for 
transaction errors will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 
No Refunds for Ineligible Participants 
Ineligible participants (residents outside of New Mexico) who purchase an eBook with the 
intention of participating in the sweepstake are not eligible for a refund. The purchase of the 
eBook remains valid and non-refundable, as participation in the sweepstake is an additional 
opportunity dependent on your residency in New Mexico. 
Cancellation of Monthly Subscription 
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, early termination fees of $300 
may apply. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid. 
Chargebacks and Legal Action 
Any attempt to recover a payment via a “chargeback” or other methods after purchasing an 
eBook will be considered a violation of our policies. By purchasing on our site, you agree to these 
terms and acknowledge that any attempt at a chargeback may result in legal action. In the event 
of legal action, we will seek financial compensation of up to $10,000 plus attorney fees.
